Soluna is a hotel chain that specializes in creating a home-away-from-home experience for guests around the world.

RESEARCH
​​​​​​​There are a variety of articles on the net, about multiplying services currently provided by hospitality hotels.
The hotels offer their services across various departments and are designed to provide the guest with all his
needs while staying.
In recent years, hotels have expanded their standard service offerings to provide guests with a sense of home.
When you are vacationing, the hotel room is actually your home. Therefore, I believe improving this sense of home experience begins first of all in the hotel room and the range of services that can be obtained there above the
standard acceptable.

Further, the conclusions I reached from the study, I have decided to add to the main 'Room Service' app screen,
3 more alternatives of room ordering food and drinks from external suppliers, all with free delivery,

alongside the traditional service room service, provided by Soluna Hotels.
Why Offer Guests Receive Third-Party Shipments and Beverages as an Alternative to Room Service?
Because this is a WIN-WIN mode. On one side for the guest's experience of his stay, and on the other side,
for the hotel as a business, which can
reduce its high load and increase the food & beverage department.
